How to learn French with meditation

As a French learning coach, I strongly recommend meditation as a way to improve your French speaking abilities. In fact there are several meditations in the French Fluency Accelerator program itself. It works so well that I decided it’s high time to make a track available to everyone here.

I have created this meditation to help you relax and open your mind to French learning. The audio includes relaxation and subconscious programming in English before a short meditation in French.

Enhance your ability to think in French

This French learning meditation will help you stay grounded in all situations, and open your mind to new ideas, no matter which language they are expressed in.

It will also enhance your ability to think in French and help you understand French directly without the need to translate to English.

Meditation works best if you practice it every day, so don’t hesitate to return to this video regularly.

Boost your practice with affirmations
