It works so well that I decided it’s high time to make a track available to everyone here. I have created this meditation to **help you** relax and open your mind to French learning. It will also **enhance** your ability to think in French and **help** you understand French directly without the need to translate to English. [Meditation](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLxAUn0YESRDGznm6UFso136qS1xx2CiVl&ref=frenchfluency.net) works best if you practice it every day, so don’t hesitate to return to this video regularly. ## Boost your practice with affirmations To **enhance** the effect of this meditation, I recommend practicing [French Affirmations](https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLxAUn0YESRDHh2MjMIe3%5FPdCYIehOxOjI&ref=frenchfluency.net) immediately after your meditation, while you are still relaxed. **If you liked** this meditation, you can also **download** an audio version as part of the [French Fluency Starter Kit](https://www.getdrip.com/forms/554236892/submissions/new?ref=frenchfluency.net).
