Quantum Jumping is a **meditation and subconscious programming** **technique** created by [Burt Goldman](https://stories.mindvalley.com/author/burt-goldman?ref=frenchfluency.net). This track was created in the style and in the spirit of his original Quantum Jumping work - and by an avid practitioner of the technique 😉 This guided meditation track includes subconscious programming statements borrowed from [Jose Silva](https://silvamethod.com/about-jose-silva?ref=frenchfluency.net), Burt Goldman and [Emile Coué](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%89mile%5FCou%C3%A9?ref=frenchfluency.net). ## Enhance the effect with bilingual affirmations To **enhance** the effect of this meditation, I **recommend** practicing [French Affirmations ](https://www.frenchfluency.net/blog/25-bilingual-affirmations-in-english-and-french-for-successful-french-learning)immediately after your meditation, while you are still relaxed.
